WHAT WE'RE DOING

We’re offsetting the carbon emissions created during the delivery of MILKRUN grocery orders. We’re doing this through investing in a project that contributes to the regeneration of Australian native bushland in Queensland through the implementation of sustainable agricultural practices.

HOW WE CALCULATED IT

We have estimated the total emissions of the MILKRUN delivery service by considering typical vehicle type, fuel efficiency and average distance travelled per delivery. To make sure we cover the emissions, we’ve selected to offset more than we'll emit.

  • What is MILKRUN?
    We're going to start this answer with a question: Is MILKRUN now powered by Woolworths Metro? Yes. Are we still flipping the grocery game on its head with groceries and more delivered in minutes? Also yes. Shop the 10,000+ range of groceries on the app and get it delivered in 4.71 dog minutes which is roughly equal to 33 human minutes.
  • What happened to the grocery delivery app Metro60?
    Metro60 has rebranded to Milkrun powered by Metro. So what does that mean for existing Metro60 customers? Everything you loved about Metro60 will remain unchanged (except the name and a new colour scheme). You’ll still be able to enjoy super fast delivery of a 10,000+ range of grocery items, thousands of weekly specials, no service fee, a flat $5 delivery fee and an average delivery time of a cool 33 minutes.
  • How does MILKRUN work?
    It's simple. Just download the MILKRUN app and tap tap tap your way around until you've filled your cart with whatever your heart desires. Hit order and our pickers and packers will pick and pack it before handing it over to a delivery partner who delivers it in minutes.
  • How much does it cost?
    We sell a 10,000 strong range of products from brands you love with 1000s of weekly specials and exclusive MILKRUN deals. We add a small $5 delivery fee to ensure we can continue to provide the best, fastest possible experience to our customers.
  • Can I pay with cash?
    Cash? That colourful plastic stuff? Unfortunately, not. The only way to pay for your order is through the MILKRUN App using Apple Pay, Google Pay or Credit Card.
  • Where does MILKRUN deliver?
    Right now, we’re available in 500+ selected suburbs across Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Canberra and Newcastle. Check our suburb delivery list to see if we deliver to you. But if not, don't stress because we're expanding fast and will be adding new suburbs every week so keep your eyes peeled.
  • Can I collect Everyday Rewards points on MILKRUN?
    Yes you can! Download the MILKRUN app. Once you're in, you’ll see a bright orange circle, you can't miss it, with a prompt to link your card. Give it a tap, but be gentle. Soon you'll be on your way to collecting points on every MILKRUN shop. You can also redeem your Everyday Rewards dollars on MILKRUN!* The fine print... *You won't be able to use your Everyday Rewards dollars on delivery charges and any services or subscriptions where payment is not taken on the MILKRUN app.
