How and why we collect personal information
We collect personal information such as your name, date of birth, email address, addresses and payment details to register, manage your account and process and deliver your orders. Without this information, we may not be able to provide you with the services or products.
We collect other personal information such as your survey responses, opinions, preferences and interests when you share feedback with us. We may also collect additional information when you sign up for competitions, offers or other programs.

facilitate the payment, fulfilment and delivery of your order;

Depending on how you deal with us, it’s possible we may need to collect other types of personal information necessary to deliver you the benefits of MILKRUN or respond to your broader needs. We may not be able to provide you with the services you require without these details.
Sharing your personal information
We work with a number of partners and service providers, and we sometimes need to share your personal information with them to fulfill our MILKRUN service to you and in the course of doing business. These include IT experts, payment services providers, delivery service providers such as Uber, and third parties who help us maintain our websites.
We may need to share your personal information with other parts of the Woolworths Group, as permitted by law or in the context of any legal proceedings to which we are a party.
Should we ever explore the sale of MILKRUN, we may need to share personal information with potential and final acquirers.
Computing and commerce are now globalised and consequently we may sometimes need to share personal information overseas, for instance while using cloud computing services.
