MILKRUN Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

Introduction

  1. By participating in the MILKRUN Loyalty Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with the relevant offer description and apply only to purchases within Australia.
  2. The Loyalty Program promoter is MILKRUN AU Pty Ltd (ABN 64 650 334 473) and its related bodies corporate (MILKRUN) at 146 Foveaux Street, Surry Hills Sydney NSW Australia, legal@milkrun.com.

Loyalty Program

  1. The Loyalty Program gives MILKRUN customers a chance to receive MILKRUN discounts or earn promotions (each a Loyalty Reward) for regularly using the MILKRUN App.
  2. For every fifth (5th) eligible order that a customer places on the MILKRUN App, the customer will receive a voucher equal to the average eligible spend of the previous five (5) eligible orders.
  3. An eligible order must be above $30, excluding delivery fees and any discount or credit.
  4. The average eligible spend is calculated as the total amount a customer spends in the previous five (5) orders on the MILKRUN App, divided by five (5).
  5. If a MILKRUN customer’s order is fully refunded for any reason, their order is invalidated and does not count as an eligible order for the purposes of this Loyalty Program.
  6. Loyalty Rewards will automatically appear as a discount on the checkout page of a customer‘s MILKRUN account next time they go to order after a Loyalty Reward has been applied. Loyalty Rewards will also be visible in the ‘rewards’ section on the MILKRUN App when a customer is logged in to their MILKRUN account.

Eligibility to Participate in the Loyalty Program

  1. A customer must be at least 18 years old to participate and reside within the delivery area of the services provided by the MILKRUN App.

Limitations on Use of a Loyalty Reward Balance

  1. Loyalty Rewards must be redeemed on the MILKRUN customer’s next order on the MILKRUN App after they receive a Loyalty Reward (Redeeming Order). A MILKRUN customer cannot have more than one (1) Loyalty Reward at any given time.
  2. If a MILKRUN customer does not redeem the full balance of a Loyalty Reward on their Redeeming Order, then the MILKRUN customer loses the value of the Loyalty Reward. For example, if a MILKRUN customer has a $50 Loyalty Reward but only spends $40 on their Redeeming Order, then they lose the extra $10 of that Loyalty Reward.
  3. Loyalty Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. For example, a customer cannot use a discount code on an order in which a Loyalty Reward is being redeemed.
  4. Loyalty Rewards are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
  5. Loyalty Rewards do not count towards any delivery fee on the MILKRUN App. Delivery fees still apply when making an order on the MILKRUN App and using a Loyalty Reward.
  6. Any order using the MILKRUN App and claiming a Loyalty Reward is subject to the normal terms and conditions of the MILKRUN App. This includes any minimum order value or other requirements set at the time that the customer is making an order on the MILKRUN App.
  7. MILKUN customers must not use their Loyalty Reward in any manner that violates the law or the rights of anyone else.

General Conditions

  1. MILKRUN reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Loyalty Program or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  2. These terms and conditions are in addition to the general terms and conditions that govern the use of the MILKRUN App.
  3. The Loyalty Program will be governed by the laws of New South Wales and MILKRUN customers participating in the Loyalty Program accept the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts and tribunals of New South Wales in connection with disputes concerning the Loyalty Program.
