Each NIGHT capsule contains Echinacea purpurea (equivalent to fresh flowering herb) 2.0g, Salix alba (equivalent to dry stem bark) 1.0g, Garlic oil 200microgram, Glycyrrhiza glabra (equivalent to dry rhizome) 500mg, and Valeriana officinnalis (equivalent to dry root) 2.0g.

Adults and children over 12 years of age: Day capsule: Take 1 blue capsule four times a day with food. Night capsule: Take 1 orange capsule an hour before bedtime or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
