Bird's eye chillies are small but mighty, offering very hot heat with a sweet flavour - perfect for those who enjoy a spicy kick. They are most popular in a range of Asian cuisines such as Indonesian, Vietnamese and Thai.

How to Store:
Best stored in the refrigerator. Do not fully cover fresh chillies to prevent condensation and encourage long life.
Freeze leftover chillies for future use: wash then pat dry with a paper towel or clean cloth then cut off the stems, slice and freeze in a container or freezer bag.
Where They're Grown:
Chillies are grown in the tropical and subtropical climates of Australia. The majority of our chillies are grown in Bundaberg in QLD, which has the ideal climate for growing chillies.
