Recommended dosage for dehydration due to vomiting and diarrhoea: Age in years: Under 12 months Recommended dosage: 100mL every 90mins Max. dosage per day: 1000mL Age in years: Under 1-3 years Recommended dosage: 100mL every 90mins Max. dosage per day: 1400mL Age in years: Under 3-6 years Recommended dosage: 100mL every 60mins Max. dosage per day: 2000mL Age in years: Under 6-12 years Recommended dosage: 100mL every 30mins Max. dosage per day: 2600mL Age in years: Under 12 - Adult Recommended dosage: 200mL every 30mins Max. dosage per day: 4000mL For dehydration due to other causes: Drink Hydralyte when thirsty or exhibiting signs of dehydration. Do not exceed the maximum daily dosage.
