King Island Dairy Three Rivers Bay Triple Cream Brie is a rich Australian triple cream brie and soft white cheese made on King Island, Tasmania. Enriched with extra cream during cheesemaking, it has a creamy, buttery texture and the aroma of sweet Jersey cream. Ideal for cheese boards and entertaining, served with pear, walnuts, fruit paste or sparkling wine. Named after Three Rivers Bay on King Island's west coast.
