Natural peppermint oil has been extensively researched and shown to provide relief of the symptoms of IBS. The capsules have a specially formulated coating that delays the release and effectively targets the site of the pain. Mintec does not require refrigeration so you can fight the symptoms of IBS anywhere, anytime.

Adult Dosage:
The usual dose is one Mintec capsule three times a day, before meals. If there are times when your symptoms are particularly severe, the dose may be increased to two capsules. three times a day. Swallow the capsules, whole with water, preferable 30 minutes before meals.
Do not break or chew the capsules.
Do not take Mintec immediately after a meal. If symptoms persist, seek medical advice. Not recommended for children or for use in pregnancy unless on the advice of a doctor.
