Primo Reserve Prosciutto is an Italian style dry-cured ham that is best enjoyed thinly sliced. It is made with a boneless leg of pork, which is trimmed, cured and pressed to draw out moisture. Rubbed with salt and selected spices to concentrate flavour, the ham is then air-dried over several months. This process delivers an exquisite taste, texture and aroma. Primo Prosciutto is perfect for antipasto platters, wrapped around grissini, or served with a glass of Merlot.
