For the Dan's panel, this is the highlight of the Oyster Bay range. Skillful and assured winemaking has ensured a fragrant, elegant and delicious bubbly. The blend is 80% chardonnay for zesty finesse, with 20% pinot noir bringing complexity, soft red fruit flavours, and, of course, a delicate pink colour. It's lively, with tingly, concentrated red berry flavour, and carries a long way on the palate. Delightful!
