Store pack in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
To freeze cake:
Allow cake to cool completely. Wrap un-iced cake in cling wrap and place in an airtight container and freeze fo up to 1 month.
To thaw:
Remove cling wrap and set cake aside to thaw completely prior to icing and serving.
