The perfect accompaniment to Wagyu Rib Eye on the bone cooked medium rare with a Stilton cheese sauce, sauteed Padron peppers with garlic and sherry vinegar. For a lighter option, charcoal roast some Barossa chorizo and serve tossed with green peppers, okra and black beans.
