Family has been at the heart of everything we do at Mr Chen's, since our father created this business over 40 years ago. As young girls, our Mum - affectionately known as Nainai - would take us to the markets, where she taught us to select the freshest seafood to make into the most delicious dumplings. We've held onto her recipes, and passion for quality ingredients, to create our Gluten-free Prawn Hargow - pairing her moreish prawn filling seasoned with hints of sesame and bamboo with a delicate gluten-free crystal rice wrapper. And our secret recipe dipping sauce is an absolute fan favourite. It's these family recipes that make our dumplings so full of flavour!
