Our pastries are best kept chilled between 1 to 5 Degrees Celsius in the fridge. Once you have opened the packet, enjoy them all within 3 days or prior to the best before date (whichever comes first). By slim chance you have any left, pop them in a container and whack them in the freezer at or below -18 Degrees Celsius.
