Clicquot Yellow Label truly is the House’s signature champagne – balancing all 4 dimensions defining the Veuve Clicquot style: freshness, strength, aromatic richness & silkiness. The predominance of Pinot Noir provides the structure that is so typically Veuve Clicquot, while a touch of Meunier rounds out the blend. Chardonnay adds the elegance and finesse essential in a perfectly balanced wine. To ensure the quality and continuity of the Yellow Label’s style, the blend can be created with up to 45 % reserve wines. Veuve Clicquot has the largest and the most varied collection of reserve wines (400 wines, aged up to 30 years).
Champagne
This fresh and balanced champagne is lightly toasted, with snappy acidity and a lively, creamy mousse carrying flavours of white cherry, pickled ginger and marcona almond. Offer saline-laced minerality.
