McCormick Keens Curried Sausages 40g

A tasty budget friendly meal in under 30 minutes. <br>- No artificial colour or flavours <br>- No added MSG <br>- Serves 6 <br>- Made with Keen's Traditional Curry Powder <p><b>KEEN'S Curried Sausages</b> <br>Serves 6 | Prep 15 mins | Cooking 25 mins</p> <br><b>What you need</b> <br>- oil spray <br>- 500g (8) thin beef sausages <br>- 1 large (150 g) onion, sliced <br>- 1 x 40 g sachet McCormick Curried Sausages Recipe Base <br>- 1 cup (130 g) peas <br>- 2 tbsp (40 mL) light thickened cream <br>- mashed potato <br>- fresh parsley <p><b>What to do</b> <br>1. Spray oil in a large pan and brown sausages on all sides over high heat. Remove from pan and set aside. Add onions to the pan and cook, stirring for 2 minutes or until caramalised. Add 1 cup (250 mL) water and recipe base to the pan stirring well to combine. <br>2. Slice sausages into bite sized pieces and return to pan, bring mixture to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. <br>3. Stir through the peas and cream 5 minutes before serving.
