Green Cayenne Chillies are a mild and very versatile chilli - often referred to as a 'long green'. They're most commonly enjoyed raw in salads and dips, or cooked in stir-fries and curries.
Green Cayennes are great for those new to chillies and wanting a mild introduction to heat. Simply sub for any chillies called for in a recipe.
How to Store:
Best stored in the refrigerator.
Freeze leftover chillies for future use: wash then pat dry with a paper towel or clean cloth then cut off the stems, slice and freeze in a container or freezer bag.
Where They're Grown:
Chillies are grown in the tropical and subtropical climates of Australia. The majority of our chillies are grown in Bundaberg in QLD, which has the ideal climate for growing chillies.
