Lacto-Free has been specially formulated to improve the digestion of lactose in dairy products, particularly for people who are lactose intolerant and experience problems digesting lactose.
Lactose intolerance is the inability to digest lactose, a natural sugar found in milk and dairy products. The body has insufficient levels of lactase, an enzyme that helps digest lactose in the digestive system and therefore cannot digest lactose completely or not at all.
Lacto-Free helps break down the lactose sugar in dairy products, making it possible for you to enjoy dairy products such as milk, cheese, yoghurt and ice cream without the symptoms.
Lacto-Free is available in a convenient dispenser unit with 100 mini tablets.

Adults & Children over 12 years: Take 1 to 2 tablets prior to consuming dairy products. Repeat the dose if you continue to eat dairy after one hour. Adjust dose to suit your individual needs. Do not exceed 12 tablets a day.
Usage: Lacto-Free is suitable to take during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding.
