Australian Made® and rigorously tested to ensure quality, potency, and purity, Nature's Own Sleep-Ezy capsules contain no added gluten, lactose, artificial colours or flavours, artificial sweeteners, or dairy products. Adults, take 2 to 3 capsules daily 1 hour before going to bed or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. WARNING: In rare cases, Valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.
