The Double Header IPA is West Coast inspired, perfect for beach BBQ's overlooking Mt Gower. Fruity, mild, smooth slightly hoppy with bitterness that points to its style, but doesn't whack you in the face.The Double Header (Coris bulbifrons).This Wrasse is endemic to Lord Howe Island, Middleton and Elizabeth Reefs. A fantastic fighting fish known for the large bump on its head. This bump and large pointed teeth are great for crushing crabs, sea-urchins and shells. A great eating fish, it pairs wonderfully with this IPA - if you can catch one!
