This Monsuta Chuhai uses a traditional Okinawan Shochu called Awamori, which is indigenous and unique to Okinawa, Japan. It’s a sparkling drop of low to medium sweetness that exhibits a pithy lemon aroma and flavour with a clean, crisp taste and a slightly savoury lemon finish.
