We sell a 10,000 strong range of products from brands you love with 1000s of weekly specials and exclusive MILKRUN deals. We add a small $7 delivery fee to ensure we can continue to provide the best, fastest possible experience to our customers.

Where does MILKRUN deliver?

Right now, we're available in a wide range of selected suburbs across Auckland, Wellington, Canterbury and Dunedin. Check our suburb delivery list here to see if we deliver to you. But if not, don't stress because we're expanding fast and will be adding new suburbs every week. So keep your eyes peeled!

Can I collect Everyday Rewards points on MILKRUN?

Yes you can! Download the MILKRUN app. Once you're in, you’ll see a bright orange circle, you can't miss it, with a prompt to link your card. Give it a tap, but be gentle. Soon you'll be on your way to collecting points on every MILKRUN shop.

How do you deliver so quickly?

MMILKRUN delivers your groceries in minutes with the help of some technological and people-power magic. Thanks to our dedicated team, vast network of Woolworths stores, we're able to pick, pack and deliver groceries to your door fast. How fast? We're talking a speedy average of 33.45 minutes. And it's all supported by our on-demand grocery app that we've built for speed, ease and efficiency.

How do I track my MILKRUN order?

It's easy. The MILKRUN app has live picking and live tracking so you can know where your order is at all times.  Once your order is picked and packed, you can follow the tiny blue car on the map as it makes its way to you. We'll also notify you if there are any important updates, just make sure your notifications are on.

What do I do if an item in my order was missing, incorrect, or arrived damaged?

For all missing, damaged and incorrect items, contact us and we'll get it sorted.  If you've turned on substitutions in the app, our pickers will find a replacement item for something that's out of stock. Sometimes it might miss the mark. If that's the case, let's talk and get this resolved for you.

What are MILKRUN's opening hours?

It depends on your location. Tap the app. Enter your address and MILKRUN's opening hours will be at the top of the homepage. If it's outside opening hours, you can still browse and drop some goodies in your cart ready for checkout in the morning.  If you want to talk to one of our lovely humans, you can from 7AM - 9PM, 7 days a week.

Can I return an item?

MILKRUN does not provide refunds for change of mind. If your item is not fresh, contact us and we'll help you right away. If you have purchased additional items that you no longer want or require, maybe there's a neighbour you can share them with?

Can I opt out of substitutions?

Accepted Answer

Of course. When you review your MILKRUN order on the Checkout page, you can toggle off the 'Allow Substitutions' switch.

How do I apply a voucher?

We love a good voucher. If you're lucky enough to have one, simply enter the code at checkout. Any issues, contact us and we'll get it sorted.

Can I collect my order in store?

Nope. We want you to do whatever it is you want to do with the free time you now have. All orders placed with MILKRUN will be delivered straight to your door. We are all about convenience. Sit back, relax, and let us bring you everything you need!

Can I schedule when my order will be delivered?

Our promise is to get you groceries and more in minutes. MILKRUN deliveries cannot be scheduled for a later time or future date. This allows us to always have up-to-date information on what products are in stock and offer our customers the most convenient way to get groceries delivered.

Question 15

Can I have the order left at my door?

Accepted Answer

Yes! During checkout, choose the option 'Leave at door.' Once it's left at your door, you can always check the Proof of Delivery image to see exactly where it's been left. Oh, and if you've got notifications on, we'll send you one telling you that you delivery has been made.
